Bored piling works is over main core of business. Our 20 over years of depth experience has enable us expand from WM to EM (soon). Our strong capability has led our company completed many challenging projects in town.

Bored Pile
Bored piling works is the circular drilling / boring method for cast in situ piling system. The pile length will be determined on site as final depth of the pile. Bored pile designs to bore through all kind of underground materials, such as soil, hard soil, fractured rock, hard rock and other materials to form a circular hole infill with fabricated high tensile reinforcement bars and ready-mix concrete by tremie method.
Bored piling works can be challenged by many ways of boring works due to various type of unknown soil and rock condition encountered. We regularly used polymer and water as common stabilisation fluids during boring activities and ensure every pile casted above designed cut off level until final product completed. The pile head cut off and hacking works carried on for pilecap connection as per photos.
Contiguous Bored Pile (CBP)
CBP wall is a designed retaining wall by bored pile that apply on slope / deep basement excavation with similar construction method as bored piling works. The CBP wall systems allow design with a gap of minimum 50mm to 75mm in between edge of pile to pile.
In this method, the soil face will be excavated to the required depth with strut support / ground anchor or even free cantilever.
We have completed 7m free cantilever CBP wall at Skudai in 2019. We also have completed 8m excavation face with 1 layer of steel strut at Brickfields in 2022.
Micropile
Micropile also named as mini bored pile, it’s a small diameter cast in situ bored pile. The micro piling works apply mainly in hard rock formation, high rock profile and narrow working space with drilling works, infill with reinforcement steel bars / used API pipe and grouted with injection cement.
Our pile diameter capacity range from 150mm to 300mm dia with max depth of 60m.
